SAINT HEDI

I used to post something Hedi Slimane-related probably once a month, but... it's been a year since I last mentioned him on here (I checked). Shame on me, this is not proper die-hard-hedi-fan behaviour. Still, love you long long long time, Hedi. (and please, let this be a gentle reminder his name is STILL Hedi, not Heidi. The times I've seen his name misspelled is ridiculous).
These are some stills from his Diary, he still updates it all the while working hard on that Yves Saint Laurent collection, needless to say I'm overjoyed. I am the first to admit I like his photographic work better than his fashion-work, which doesn't mean I don't think he's talented by the way -he's absolutely brilliant- it's just not so much for me. THAT being said, he's doing some photography for Saint Laurent as well, please, look at them here.

BERLIN PT.1

It took me 3 months, but let me give you a quick look at what my trip to Berlin in july looked like...
Part 1: in which we visit the zoo. (The Berlin zoo is awesome.)

My travel companions in front of our humble abode... We found it through Airbnb and had such a lovely stay. The big chunck of bloody meat on the floor is kind of icky - not that I'm a vegetarian, but still. BUT, this tiger was beautiful, such an elegant creature. I'll give you a list of all fun things to do/visit/... in Berlin at the end of this series, so keep an eye out for that.

KEVIN HSIA

It's been way too long since I've featured another photographer on here (well I guess that's what you get for not blogging for so long), so without further ado, I present you Kevin Hsia.

Kevin's based in Chicago, shoots analog only (and shoots it well if I might add) and I think you all need to see these.
Below you'll find a set of pictures from 2 collections, the first few are from a hiking trip in Colorado - some breathtaking landscapes that make you want to pack your backpack and leave on a hiking trip yourself - and the second part are from a trip to France - Paris & Versailles to be more exact. I haven't been to Versailles in wintertime but the picture of the gardens covered in snow is kind of magical.
