Sofia Coppola is one of my favourite directors, I love Marie-Antoinette, The Virgin Suicides & Lost in Translation. If you haven't seen these movies before, do it ASAP!
Her line for Louis Vuitton is called 'SC' and consists of a Day bag, an Evening clutch and two pairs of shoes. Just as her personal style, the bags look very simple & elegant(just the way I like it). She wanted to design a perfect day bag, one that's not too big nor too small. The colours inlcude navy, grey & burgundy. No black because she thought that was too obvious (and she's so right!). If you're not the kind of person who likes simplicity like I do, you'll probably think these are very boring, but if you do, start drooling right now:

Now if I could only get my hands on one... (Dont worry PS1, I haven't forgotten about you! Let's say I take the grey SC for LV bag for Autumn/Winter and the nude coloured PS1 for Spring/summer. Sounds great, no? ^-^)

Brigadeiro captured it perfectly...no one's style is as natural as Sophia's, who always looks completely at ease in her clothing choices. Her aesthetic kind of reminds me of Garance, in the no make-up, natural hair, relaxed clothes and STILL gorgeous kind of way. I'm not surprised that I love her collab!

THey sound amazing! And I love her work. Marie Antoinette was like a feast for the eyes. I just love love love it!! I want to re-create that scene where they party all night on brightly coloured pastries and macarons and overflowing champagne and then they frolic in the fields all dressed up, to watch the sunrise over birthday toasts! amazing!!

Yes, her collection is showing up in lots of places, so it must be very good.
