OWENS, I OWE YOU

So here's the thing: I've never really been a big Rick Owens fan. I always thought of him as 'the designer with all the leather jackets that have flaps hanging everywhere'. Yes I know, it's ridiculous.
When I saw a picture of his show, the first thing I noticed was the nun cap (does that actually have a name?) And of course, it made me curious... And boy did he surprise me!

Everything kept getting better and better while I was browsing through the collection. Those last 3 looks... OH MY... I really need those. Seriously! I actually felt my heart beating faster! And the looks with the cutouts at the side! Wow, wow, wow.
There's one thing though, I'm not a big fan of the garbage bags aka shoes. I'm sure there will be people thinking otherwise, but for now, I'm not really getting it.
Why am I so in love with this collection? You tell me! What do you like/dislike about this collection!

If only nuns were that well-dressed in real life.

The caps are pretty cool ... But I appreciate more classic collections with more wearable designs :)

Vind de laatste jurk heel mooi!

En inderdaad waren nonnen maar zo stylish - denk dat het aantal nonnen vlug zou stijgen lol

I love the "nun hats" (don't worry, I don't know what they heck they're techinically called either), and I agree, not so sure about the shoes... but oh the cut outs! :D
