When I was in Oslo, I visited the Nasjonalmuseet (National Museum) and apart from the amazing permanent collection (I saw Edvard Munch's - The Scream up close! ha!) there was a very small but very beautiful exhibition of Trine Søndergaard's pictures. It was love at first sight and I thought I'd share her work with you.
These are from the series 'Strude'. The accompanying book is already sold out, but there's a lot more of her work (& books) on her website so be sure to check that out as well.

Very cool! I hadn't realized the Scream was back, by the way. Wasn't that the one that was stolen a while ago?
I am afraid it is was fake scream, a copy kinda, as it was stolen and never got back...
@anonymous: I know it was stolen, but they retrieved it together with his painting Madonna a few years ago, 2006 according to Wikipedia... Not true?
