I wanted to post about the rest of the resort collections, but to be honest, none of them really stood out for me. Sad, I know, it could just be me though. Oh well anyway, I couldn't restrain myself from posting SOMETHING and what better to post than my all-time favourite: Lanvin by Alber Elbaz! Big pictures this time because there's a LOT to see, and by a lot I really mean a lot. Maybe too much? Well, you could use the word over-the-top on some of the looks, but if you think away some of the accessories -not ALL of them!- the looks are great.
I can't believe how well the jumpsuit and the sneakers go together! Sneakers never looked so chic!
The dress on the left is pure Lanvin and I'm loving it.

Hmm usually I love Lanvin, but for me, Alber Elbaz has not quite hit the target in this collection! But still, can't be great EVERY collection!!!

I honestly love it. I love all the different uses of color. All the different intricate accessories used. Love the background, carpet and all the poses. This is fabulous to me, and looks like so much fun! This shoot looks like it's something I would also try to portray. Lovely. Thanks for sharing, great post! :)
Very playful for Lanvin, I hadn't seen these pics before, and love 'em! Not quite as much as the normal Lanvin collections though, but it IS Resort...I actually liked a few collections for Resort 2010, especially Thakoon's...

I'm so on the fence with this.
I personally think this collection is fun, even though if you were going to wear some of this stuff in real life you would probably tone it down a bit. At least all the models look like they are having fun!

Inderdaad, als je een paar accessoires weg denkt, zitten er een paar mooie stukken tussen.
M'n favorieten zijn toch wel de jumpsuit combined met de sneakers en dat super witte jurkje met glitters/steentjes.

All the baskets this season are absolutely adorable as well as the Amalia bags. Everything is very wearable. The look book (where these pics are from) doesn't even contain 1/5 of the SS10 collection so there's lots more to see!
